The Second Workshop on Hybrid Logic (HyLo 2000) will take
place during the second week of ESSLLI
2000, the Twelfth
European Summer School in Logic, Language and Information,
Birmingham, Great Britain.
Thanks to the contributions of the many speakers, the workshop promises to be a very interesting event, with a good mixture of basic and fundamental notions, new ideas, and lively discussions. We had made our best to measure up to the the spirit of our title "Bringing Them All Together," and we hope the workshop will be relevant for a wide public.
The workshop will take place from the 14th to the 18th of August, from 14.00 to 15.00 hs. Each session will consist of two parts of 40 minutes, with a 10 minute break.
You will find a detailed description of the talks in the Workshop Day by Day section, which includes information about the different speakers and the relevant material for each day. The Full Program contains a ``bird view'' of what we have to offer.
We (Patrick Blackburn and Carlos Areces) would like to thank all the people who got interested in the workshop, and invite everybody to come over and ``enjoy the show.'' We are looking forward to five days of discussions and useful interchange of ideas.
Remember that following the workshop, an open call for papers will be released, for a special issue on HyLo 2000, to be published in the Journal of Logic and Computation.
